		<description>With cost and complexity being a concern amongst those who could potentially be affected by the initial proposed regulations, OSHA made a move in the right direction by holding off on implementing them just yet. My hope is that OSHA further considers the hearing protection industry, one which has invested millions of dollars in creations of advanced hearing protection devices, which can not only help the main issue of occupational hearing loss, but prevent it all together.
